A good AI agent needs more than a prompt: grounded answers, real channels, voice, and billing that cannot lose money on every call.
Putting an AI agent in front of customers means retrieval from the right knowledge, connections to the channels people already use, phone support, and usage billing that stays profitable across very different models.

Let a team build an agent, train it on its own documents, deploy it to WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, the web and the phone, and bill for exactly what it consumes.
Solution
Grounded answers, many channels, and an honest credit system.
Agents answer from a knowledge base using hybrid retrieval (vector plus full-text, fused by reciprocal rank). Channels connect through OAuth, and phone calls run through Twilio. A multi-provider model catalog, including bring-your-own models, sits behind a two-bucket credit system with a configurable margin, Stripe billing driven by signed webhooks, and sponsored checkout links so a client can pay without an account. Row-level security guards access and integration secrets are encrypted in the API.
